We collect information you provide directly — business details, staff accounts, guest records you enter, and payment metadata from Paystack transactions. We do not collect guest payment card numbers directly; those are processed by Paystack.
Your data is used to operate the platform: generating bookings, receipts, reports, and the financial metrics shown on your dashboard. We do not sell your data or your guests' data to third parties.
Each organization's data is isolated at both the application and database level. Staff can only access data belonging to their own organization.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, your data is retained in a read-only state so you can export it or reactivate later, unless you request deletion.
You can request a copy of your data or request deletion at any time by contacting support. Guest data you've entered belongs to your organization — we act as a processor, not the data controller, for guest records.
