About
Most short-stay hosts in Kenya run their business across three different notebooks: a WhatsApp thread for bookings, an M-Pesa statement for revenue, and a mental note of what they spent on furniture and repairs. It works, until it doesn't — until a guest disputes a charge, a partner asks what the property actually earned this year, or tax season arrives.
CZW Studio BNB Management exists to put all of that in one ledger — bookings, guests, expenses, setup costs, and the profit math that ties them together — built specifically around how Kenyan hosts actually operate: M-Pesa and Paystack payments, county and town addressing, and a booking flow that works as well for walk-ins as it does for Airbnb guests.
We're a small team building for the East African hospitality market first, not as an afterthought to a US-built product. Every module — from the setup cost tracker to the occupancy heatmap — was designed around real conversations with property managers running two to twenty units.
